This will be the second preview posted today with the first being the preview for Amazing Spider-Man 613.
Both Web of Spider-man 2 and Amazing spider-man 613 are set for release on 25th November, among many other comics as well.
Web of Spider-man # 2 focuses on Electro and will provide a side story for the big event - The Gauntlet in the Amazing Spider-man Comics.

Looks like the art work for this comic is not following the Vertigo styled drawings as in the current Amazing Spider-man Comics. Good to know.
